A green light means, the product is in stock in the closest warehouse to you. Be sure: It will ship the next business day!

A red light means, the product is not in stock and not in transit from any supplier. A red light item CANNOT be ordered imediately. It needs the attention of a sales rep, so it is recommended to send off a "Wish List" instead of trying to make a final order. Your Rep will get back to you ASAP with his comments and suggestions, surely will advise you of additional delivery times or any other special circumstances.

A yellow light means, the product is not right in stock, but there is more in transit from the factory or from external suppliers. Maybe there is only a reservation pending for a different customer, which might cancel within a day or two. Do not hesitate to order a yellow light product at any time. A possible delivery delay will normally not exceed a couple of weeks.
