Center Hinged Controls

We tried to avoid the extra work and extra cost. But we were persuaded by the designer to try it. Now the results have confirmed how good they really are. Center hinged control surfaces. The ailerons and elevators are hinged with Robart hinge points, factory installed in precise jigs.

	The control surface tips have counter balance surfaces. Not too large, and not fully exposed either. They just do their job to “bite” when fully deflected for the violent snaps, and smoothen the neutral position. Both aileron and elevator authority benefit extraordinarily from this design.
