Even though CARF-Models, especially after the new website is launched, is a very much internet based business, we have established a sales rep system for you around the world. Because we know that for many of our customers a personal contact is invaluable, there are quite a lot of sales reps listed on this website, who will assist you with your order, or just answer your questions before you even make up your mind. CARF Models provides Sales Reps in most areas of the world, which you can directly contact by phone or email.

When ordering through our webiste, you have to chose your preferrable sales rep. This needs to be done when making an actual order or only requesting a quote via "wishlist". The sales rep you picked will be there for you also after you received your plane, and can help you with questions or problems. See the screenshot below as a sample. You will find this page by clicking “Sales Reps” on the main menu and then the “More Info” link of any preferred Rep listed.



In some countries it proves to be not very efficient to service our customers through sales reps. That’s why in certain cases you can also run your order through our website without picking a sales rep. In these countries, normally, we have one or more dealers. Mostly because of import difficulties into protectionistic countries, a dealer can be very helpful, as opposed to sales rep system, which would not work in this case.

So, if you do not find any sales rep for your area, contact the administration directly to get help. We will then introduce you to a dealer, or even recommend to purchase directly through the head office. Because as a last resort you always can shoot an email at the CARF-Models Sales Admin.
