How to Order

The ordering process at CARF-Models is so simple, we can explain it to you in a few screen shots, if you allow:

First, you have the option to send a “wishlist”. This is for all of you who did not make up their mind yet, for the ones who need more information on a specific item or combo or haven’t registered as customer at the website yet. Use this option if you just would like to contact a sales rep for more info. He will get back to you with a quote, just like you know it from the old Composite-ARF Website. However, your first quote request procedure will ask you to register yourself and create a login as you go. If you want to directly purchase through our website, you must be logged in with your username and password, and your very first order can only be sent through a “Wish List” This might take a few hours to complete, because your chosen Sales Rep must verify your data one single time, to assure that our system would work correctly.

This means: You will only see a “Buy Now” Button on the product pages if you are logged in and your data is verified by a sales rep.

If you are a registered and verified user and you know what you want to order, please click the button “Pay Now” (2). The little traffic light (1) shows you the actual stock of this item in the warehouse near you, and at any time you can pick the “Wishlist” option (3), if you are not yet sure to order. If the light shows red, there is only the wishlist function available for you. If it shows yellow, you can use the “Buy Now” function but must expect some delivery delay, since the product is either in transit from the factory to the warehouse, or (especially in spare part cases) it will be produced for you within a few days from order date.

The shopping cart screen asks you to pick or confirm your sales rep (4). You are notified, that shipping cost will eventually be added to the displayed price (5). Make use of the “Comments” box, if necessary, to mention anything important for your order. Then klick “Place Order” (6).

The next screen lets you confirm, or change, the shipping address for this particular order. You can make a permanent shipping address available to us in your profile, but any modifications made in this screen is valid for this single order only.

This takes you to the confirmation page, where our system has used the data stored in your profile to calculate shipping cost (7) and to verify the final stock situation.

In the next screen you can chose your payment method. Either you pay by bank transfer, by paypal (if you are a regular PayPal user) or by Credit Card via our secure payment gateway (8).

One thing is common to all 3 payment methods. CARF-Models allows you to reserve the product in your order for 3 days. Check the box (9)! This will be enough time to get an online bank transfer through to us, to sort out a PayPal payment or to fix a problem with a credit card payment, if for whatever reason your card is refused and you need to call your bank or change cards. At any time you can go back to your order via “My Order Status”, even if you had been forced to quit the procedure before. The product will remain reserved for you.

Finally, press the Pay Here Button (10) and arrive at our 100% safe SSL encoded payment gatway interface, where you safely and securely can enter your credit card details and pay! You will get a confirmation right away if your payment went through or not. At any time you can change course, use a different credit card or make a wire transfer.
Watch the Inbox of the email address you stored with us, as several confirmation emails will reach you during the process.

You can always see your orders in “My Order Status”. We save all wishlists and orders for you.

Important Note:
First-Time Customer Info
If you are not logged in, you will only be able to add items to a wishlist, and you'll still have to register before sending your wishlist off.

If you are not verified by your chosen sales rep, you will only be able to request a quote by sending us your wishlist.
Your Options:

1. Make a wishlist with what you'd like to order. The Sales Rep you picked will verify your data ASAP and then convert your wishlist into an order. You then can go to "My Order Status" and follow the steps shown on this page.

2. Call your Sales Rep and ask him to look over your profile, after you registered, and have him verify you right away. Then you can order with the "Buy Now" function immediately.
