Administrating world wide sales through one central admin office has a positive and negative aspects to it. The negatives are mainly that time and language differences have to be overcome and that a lot of communication has to be done through email and phone.
The positive sides, though, outweigh the negatives by far. Mainly because we have a very centralized interface for warehouse- salesrep- and customer-conversation. We can react quickly to expedite shipments, modify orders or solve problems. And we save a lot of cost, which is the key to being able to keep prices of a far superiour product at an affordable level. Even though possibly a bit more expensive than others, we are confident that our product and service are worth every dime and cent.
